Those are the names of sex positions. As girls in the harem are slaves, you as sultan decide who to fuck and in which position. Full control. There is one gay man in the harem too but if you dont like you might never select him and avoid gay scenes. Same about gangbang and group sex, suggestions about having group sex might appear during the game but you can avoid them if you refuse.
